• Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms:

• All payments are processed securely through our platform
• Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required before tutoring sessions
• We offer various payment plans as described on our Pricing page

Refund policy:

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session
• No refunds for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a tutor fails to attend a scheduled session
• Subscription plans may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate another user or person
• Use our services to distribute unsolicited promotional content
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
